We are an advertising service for owners of properties based at Riviere Towans, Phillack, Cornwall to advertise their holiday homes.

4 CHANGES TO WEBSITE
Riviere Towans Direct reserves the right to:
4.1 decline any advertising request
4.2 modify, add, amend or delete any information or links contained in the Website at any time and without notice. This will only be undertaken in order to maintain the validity and presentation of the website. In the event of this modification, addition, amendment or deletion, any monies or fees paid will be non-refundable.
4.3 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Riviere Towans Direct shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
4.4 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

7.2 Riviere Towans Direct cannot be held responsible for any death or personal injury during a stay in one of the advertised properties. The responsibility of such is direct with the owners, the limitations of which will be set out in their own individual terms and conditions.
7.3 We provide a search facility only and do not become party to any contractual relationship between the user and the owner. In the event of a dispute arising between owner and user, it is not our responsibility to act as mediator.
7.4 Owners are entirely responsible for all of the information describing their property. Riviere Towans Direct do check the information provided by owners as far as practicable but can take no responsibility for the property owners description of their holiday home or any content provided by them.
7.5 To the extent allowable by law, Riviere Towans Direct will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
7.6 Riviere Towans Direct makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
8 PRIVACY AND COOKIES
8.1 We do not store any personal information given on this site. The information provided when completing the online property enquiry form is sent directly to the owner of the specified chalet.
8.2 We do not store contact details of any individuals making direct enquiries with Riviere Towans Direct.
8.3 Information provided by owners when completing the Client Form is stored on secure server and will not be passed to any 3rd parties.
9 INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Riviere Towans Direct harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Riviere Towans Direct, arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
10 SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of England and Wales, such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
11 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
