Situated in a more spacious area of the park, it has the benefit of a secluded, sheltered and sunny area of grass behind it. Particularly during the current situation, this enables you to relax in your own space, safe in the knowledge that you can remain socially distanced from others. On a windy day you can sit in the sun, protected by the dunes behind the property, whilst listening to the sea crashing up on the beautiful Hayle beach a short walk away. Situated approximately 7 minutes stroll from the beach and the nearby shop, this chalet would suit a couple or family looking for a lovely break by the sea.

Outside there is a quiet and secluded, south facing sunny grass area to the rear of the property, ideal for enjoying the sun throughout the day. There is a picnic bench and additional seats to enjoy relaxing in the sun. Around the property there is plenty of space for parking, or just for getting away from it all. Thoughtful touches such as outside hooks for hanging wetsuits and a wetsuit washing trug (which can be used for a multitude of uses such as washing sandy feet or young children), make this a lovely little chalet to enjoy your break.

• Lounge/ Diner – adjoining the kitchen with a 3 seater sofa/sofa bed, with a trundle bed below (The trundle measures 180cm / 6’ by 80cm/2’6”, and slides out on floor level, so is wonderfully safe for a younger child). There is a dining table for 4 along with a coffee table, TV.
• Kitchen – Fully furnished with all the essentials; fridge, electric oven, large window overlooking the secluded grassy bank, 7 cupboards, 2 drawers, microwave, toaster, sink.
• Bedroom 1 – featuring a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and window to the east.
• Bathroom – Shower room - complete with a toilet, shower and basin.

Bedding and bed linen are provided, which includes tea towels, hand towels and bath mat.  However, please bring your own bath and beach towels.
