Welcome to Pensilva, she is a beautifully deceptive 3 bed chalet that looks small on the outside but is cavernous internally.


Sleeping six people she is situated in a prime location central to the site, she has wonderful views over the grounds and St Ives bay, perfect to watch the incredible sunsets we have.

Three bedrooms sleeping six people belies this chalets appearance, and is the perfect location for a family to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.

An external deck area with patio furniture is perfect for a sundowner and she also has a picnic bench to the rear.

Recently redecorated, this property has been with the same family for over 30 years and is well loved by its owners.

Electricity and Superfast dedicated broadband are provided.

 

  • Lounge/ Diner– Twin leather two seater settees, wicker chair, wall mounted heater with TV and sliding patio doors. Four seater dining table.
  • Kitchen – Traditional shaker style kitchen with large fridge freezer (70/30), double oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, and fully equipped with crockery and utensils.
  • Bedroom 1 – Double bed with built in double wardrobe and drawers.
  • Bedroom 2 – Double bed with wardrobe and drawers.
  • Bedroom 3 – Bunk bed with drawers.
  • Bathroom – Shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

 

Bedding and bed linen are provided, which includes tea towels, hand towels and bath mat.  However, please bring your own bath and beach towels.

We came across Pensilva which looked ideal for a holiday with two grandchildren and parents. The beautiful sunsets from the lounge were spectacular and the photos of the chalet didn't do it justice. It was like home from home with a washing machine and dryer, large fridge and freezer, tea, coffee, milk, etc., better WIFI than at home! On arrival we met Alison and her husband who were more than welcoming and had prepared the chalet to an immaculate standard. The holiday was more than perfect as was the weather. We couldn't have wished for more. The only big problem, we didn't want to leave. We are definitely planning a return visit. More than 10/10

Lovely, comfy & clean seaside chalet, nice beaches nearby & everything worked, including the wifi!
Host, chalet and location were lovely, very good use made of the space available in a chalet, much better than the static caravans further along the coast. Clean and tidy, good water pressure in the shower and everything else worked well. Seaside decor was just right and in very good condition. Good view of the sunset each evening included some sea on the horizon. Good wifi, 3 mobiles, 2 tablets and an Amazon Fire stick all worked happily together. Beaches and choice of pubs just 5 to 10 minutes walk. Hayle and shops just 5 to 10 minutes drive. Able to park right next to the chalet. Almost always we try somewhere new for each holiday, but this is one for the short list of those we'd happily return to for a couple of weeks holiday.
