Lynfield is a 3-bedroom property, sleeping 6, decorated to a high standard with all modern conveniences such as usb sockets throughout.

Electric heaters in every room will keep you toasty on those crisp evenings.

It has brand new windows and a new kitchen which now includes a washing machine.

Bright, light and airy Lynfield is perfect for the family to enjoy the beach and local attractions.

Full linen is provided which includes bedding, bath towels, hand towels, bath mat and tea towels.

Lounge/ Diner    Large three seat double recliner leather settee and two chairs, wall mounted 32" tv and dvd combi with Bluetooth soundbar, nest of side tables and extendable dining table.

Kitchen                Brand new modern kitchen, ceramic topped double oven, under counter fridge with icebox, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave and fully equipped with crockery and utensils.

Bedroom 1          Double bed with wall mounted smart tv/dvd combi, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, wall mounted hairdryer and bedside cabinets.

Bedroom 2          Standard double bed, 2 bedside tables with drawers, 2 under bed drawers, wall hooks, wall mounted TV/DVD combo and full-length mirror.

Bedroom 3          Bunk bed with a chest of drawers and wall hooks

Bathroom            High quality shower, toilet and basin, heated towel rail and wall mounted heater.

Outside                Large round picnic table to the side of the property and a wooden bench to rear, which stores all beach equipment and games.

There is a £150 refundable security deposit on every booking.

To secure a reservation we require a 25% deposit.


Short breaks available Feb, March, April, May & October Minimum 4 night booking.

Primary weeks are strictly Saturday to Saturday.

This is the second time we’ve stay at Lynfield, the chalet is spotlessly clean & it feels like home from home. The towels & linen are a bonus of not having to pack. Location is perfect & communication with Darren & Nina is spot on. We would definitely recommend staying here.

No problem being at the back of the camp site - there's still a sea view!

We visited Lynfield for the first time in June 2021 as a family with a one year old and were very impressed with the comfort and style.
The chalet is a great size with plenty of room for our little one to explore and know was a safe environment. Everything is catered for, a real home away from home.
Communication with the owners was quick when we asked anything, and the chalet was spotlessly clean on arrival with an easy checking in process.

We had a superb half term break here. The chalet was ideal for the 4 of us with its well proportioned bedrooms and spacious lounge/kitchen. It was very clean and well kept and was a nice cosy retreat after long (and sometimes wet) days out. The chalet is ideally placed to visit tourist spots such as St.Ives and Lands End. It is also only a stone's throw from a glorious 3 mile stretch of beach. We all loved it, especially the girls. I would highly recommend a stay here and will be booking for next year. 😎
