Katoomba


The owners have undertaken an extensive refurbishment of the property and have finished her to a very high standard.  A beautiful new kitchen and stunning new shower room  as well as a lovely large decking area to the front for those glasses of wine on a balmy summers evening.

Details

Katoomba is a newly refurbished chalet in a peaceful location on the site. We have plenty of space and greenery around us, yet we are still only a 5–10-minute walk to the beach. We sleep 4 in two double bedrooms. We also allow up to 3 dogs.

Katoomba is a modern, well-equipped chalet with underfloor heating to the lounge, dining, and kitchen area. We have oil filled radiators for the bedrooms. The kitchen has a double oven and all you will need to cook away from home. We also have a washing machine so you can make the most of drying in the Cornish sunshine!

We regularly update Katoomba, and we have two new double seater reclining sofas for 2023.

We have our own superfast WiFi that even the teenagers will be happy with! We have a Smart TV in the lounge so you can log into your Netflix too.

Patio doors to the decking make Katoomba the perfect spot to relax at the end of a busy day. A glass of wine on comfy garden furniture…Bliss!

Your beds will be made for your arrival, and we provide towels, but please bring your own beach towels. We will also have a small welcome pack for that all important drink on arrival.

 

  • Lounge/ Diner– Bright and light with large patio doors, two twin seater sofas, tv, table nest and a large dining table for four. Underfloor heating.
  • Kitchen – Nice size high gloss modern kitchen fully equipped with single built in oven, ceramic hob, under counter fridge/ freezer, washing machine and a Tassimo coffee machine.
  • Bedroom 1 – 1 double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table
  • Bedroom 2 – 1 double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
  • Bathroom – Recently installed modern and light shower Room - Fitted shower cubicle, WC, WHB.
  • Veranda - Good sized decking with glass and rattan patio set.

 

This property is situated in a quieter part of the site on level ground with easy access and plenty of parking in front of the property. Dogs are permitted.

I can honestly say that Katoomba was the best chalet we have stayed in for cleanliness & comfort. There was a lovely welcome pack & everything was spotless. It’s dog friendly & we enjoyed many walks on beautiful Hayle beach. It’s also only 5 minutes walk to the local pub where you can enjoy a drink & a lovely meal. It’s a beautiful well equipped chalet & we can’t wait to return next year.
